Stihl has added a long reach hedge trimmer to their compact range which is super beneficial for those medium-sized backyards.
If you have large hedges and are sick and tired of getting on ladders with heavy petrol-driven hedge trimmers then this is the tool for you. Its super lightweight and features a single-sided cutter blade in a droplet shape to get you a perfect cut for domestic use. It also features a variably adjusted blade angle from -45 degrees to +90 degrees and a detachable shaft for easy transportation!
It features tip protection, ergonomic handle, lightweight design and a free wall mounting bracket! There's also an optional extension (extra 50cm) shaft available for only $64.99 if you need that little bit extra length!

The cutting blade has teeth which are carved in the shape of a droplet generous spacing and integrated cut protection to ensure high cutting performance.
The handle design is super comfortable. It features a locking lever for easy operation and to reduce operator fatigue.
You can easily adjust the cutter head from -45 degrees to +90 degrees depending on what you are trying to achieve with the cutter blade. No tools required!!
This makes the tool super easy to transport and store! The head easily splits from the body of the unit (tool free) to reduce its length significantly!
The loop handle is super handy and gives the operator a lot of freedom when it comes to handling the unit. Especially in tight areas!
This is an essential part of the tool. When cutting the top of hedges its impossible to see the depth of the hedge and whats on the other side! The blade is bound to whack the end of a brick wall or fence eventually and the bumper will protect the blade from any damage occurring.
Everyone with a shed knows how hard it is to keep it clean. We all have good intentions but at the end of the day if its not us throwing stuff in there in a hurry its other people from inside the house (wont point any fingers...). Anyway, Stihl has given a wall mounted bracket with this tool so you can easily store it in the shed and keep it off the floor or off the benches!
