This message is brief and provides clarity to our business situation during the COVID-19 out-break. Firstly, to our local customers of Ballarat we are pleased to announce that both our stores are operating as of normal; but, if you prefer, you can safely shop online and select “Safe Drop – Ballarat & Surrounding” as the delivery method for your goods. This allows you to shop online where items will then be delivered to your door; fuelled, oiled, assembled and ready to go (where applicable) for $25 extra.

To our online customers – Henderson’s ensures things are still going ahead as normal. So long as there is freight companies’ delivery, Henderson’s will be taking orders and packing your outdoor power equipment goods from the best brands to be delivered to your door. Please be patient though as some delays are expected during this time.
