Returns
Returns and Refunds:
Henderson Mowers & Chainsaws pride ourselves on the basis of outstanding customer service and product quality. For this reason, if the incorrect part is supplied at the fault of Henderson Mowers then a full refund is applicable for the item and postage. The only exception to this is electrical items - it is YOUR responsibility to check items once they arrive and no refund will be given for electrical components once removed from packaging or fitted to a machine. Even if the wrong part has been supplied so please cross-reference packaging part numbers against the ordered ones before proceeding to open the goods.
Once the product has been dispatched we do not accept returns purely because of a change of heart. If the product has not been dispatched at the time of the cancellation a full refund is allowed, including the postage. The only exception to this rule is if the labels have been booked and the freight company has attempted to pick up - in the instance the freight is not refundable. If you choose to insist on returning an item that was due to a change of heart you will incur a 20% deposit fee on the value of the total sale and you will be responsible for the freight costs involved in returning the goods. We do not accept returns for products that have been used and the customer simply has a "change of mind". Regardless of how little the product has been used, if it has cut grass, wood or a spare part has evidence of being installed we will not return the product.
Advice on parts:
If you require any advice on what parts to purchase you must have that advice in email form. No claims will be allowed against Henderson Mowers for the incomplete direction of parts advice if the customer relies on a phone call. All parts advice must be in writing so we can easily track and see the mistake made if there is one. If you require parts advice a sales representative may direct you to email us for this exact reason so that your clearly state and identify what you want via email. It is on every customer or verify their parts prior to ordering if they are not sure.

We do not accept any responsibility for the negligent handling of the item once it has been dispatched from our store by ourselves or a private transporter as it is the responsibility of the consumer to seek insurance of their product that is being delivered if they desire to do so. In saying that, our goods do carry insurance of a value of $1000 when in transport but if your goods do exceed that then it is advised that you seek additional coverage if you desire unless expressly agreed otherwise with Henderson Mowers.
If the goods arrive in a state that is considered to contain major faults/ defects that are not a result of shipping damage then you are entitled to a replacement unit or a refund at your discretion. Although Henderson Mowers & Chainsaws reserve the right to rectify the situation by repairing the goods provided of any major faults/ defects before replacement is given within a reasonable time from the date in which we are notified of this major defect/ fault.
As we sell well-known brands such as Honda, Stihl, MTD, Greenfield and Toro a warranty specified by each company is given with the purchase of each item. This warranty is not restricted to our store only and you can take your machine to the closest dealer for any warranty repairs as we are a registered dealer and all items sold are correctly registered with ever brand. This efficient outcome is one of the many advantages of buying quality products from specialised dealers.
