Aftermarket Parts Availability:

Henderson Mowers & Chainsaws has partnered with a number of high-end aftermarket small engine suppliers to bring to you a wide range of small engine spares that are affordable, high quality and can be delivered to your door. Henderson Mowers DOES NOT claim to have every item in stock and when an item is classified as "Available" it does not necessarily mean that it is on the shelf in our warehouse but the supplier does, in fact, have it at theirs. Our server talks live with their stock levels but some items must, in fact, be ordered into our warehouse before being forwarded onto the end-users (you). For this reason, sometimes there can be unexpected factors that cause delays such as their stock levels were wrong or shipping to retrieve the goods from their warehouse can be slow. For this reason, we claim that items can take 2-3 days before dispatching them if we did not, in fact, have it on the shelf at the time you placed an order. If there are expected delays with your order that does result in dispatch taking longer than normal then we will, in fact, contact you prior to placing your order or contact you as soon as we become aware of any delays after your order is placed. If you are concerned about the possibility of availability, shipping times, whether then item will have to be ordered or if its on the shelf or have any questions at all about the subsequent order you wish to place - please get in contact with us first prior to placing your order. 
 

Parts Diagrams Availability:

Henderson Mowers & Chainsaws makes available to the public a range of product brand parts diagrams/ catalogues for you to browse, order and explore. Henderson Mowers DOES NOT claim to have in-stock physically at their warehouse every part available for purchase in these diagrams. We do definitely keep on the shelf in-demand products and common parts although many of the parts you find will in-fact have to be ordered from the relevant company before being shipped to you. PLEASE be wary that because of this there can be delays in your order for a number of reasons as in most cases we may have to request your item to be sent to our warehouse prior to forwarding it onto you. Longer delays can also be expected if the relevant company in question does not have stock of the item at this time or it must come from overseas. Henderson Mowers is extremely transparent and open about our shipping times and you will be contacted first if you order is expected to take longer than 15 business days to arrive at your door. If you are concerned about the possibility of availability, shipping times or have any questions at all about your subsequent order you wish to place - please get in contact with us first prior to placing your order.
