This Stihl brushcutter is a compact and lightweight trimmer perfect for domestic and light commercial work. Although still flexible drive the straight shaft is great for a number of reasons, it holds thicker line in the head for heavier applications, it can hold more line in the head so less refills required to complete the job, can put a grass blade on if you dont want the nylon line (important!! Grass blade only as the unit is still flexible driven meaning that if you want to tackle anything that is stronger such as wood - you need a stiff shaft machine!). Two year domestic warrant and a 1 year commercial warranty with a full parts backup if required, why buy anything else!
